"Good, but I wouldn’t pay that much again"
I picked this up after running errands last weekend because I’d been meaning to try it for a while, it is good. No real complaints about the quality or anything. But for the price, I was expecting a lot more. It just doesn’t feel worth what they’re charging, even though I did enjoy it.
"Customer service was slower than I expected"
I had a simple question and expected a much faster response. Instead, I waited way longer than I should have and had to follow up more than once, which made it feel like no one was really keeping an eye on messages.
When I finally did hear back, the reply was short and didn’t really help fix anything. I don’t expect everything to be instant, but I do expect some effort and basic communication. The whole experience was frustrating, and I wouldn’t order again after this...
"Felt like I got fooled by the health hype"
I really wanted to like this, but the taste was bad. It had this bitter, almost dusty flavor that still came through even when I mixed it into a smoothie. The aftertaste was weird too, and I kept wondering if I’d just fallen for the “healthy” marketing. Maybe it’s good for you, but I couldn’t get past the taste. I won’t be buying it again.

I might’ve just caught them at a bad time, but the selection felt limited to me. I looked around for a while and didn’t find much that I actually wanted.

I really wanted to be into this brand, especially since they lean into the whole organic thing, but I couldn’t find much clear info on where their ingredients or products are actually sourced from. Maybe it was buried somewhere and I just missed it, because I was also trying to make dinner at the same time and got distracted, but it still felt a little too vague for me. If a brand is calling itself organic, I kind of expect more transparency. It just made me hesitate and not trust it as much as I wanted to.

The delivery was late, which just confirmed what I already kind of expected. I wasn’t surprised, since shipping always seems to go that way for me. To be fair, the tracking did work the whole time, and everything showed up in good condition in the end, so it wasn’t a total mess. Just kind of okay overall.

I do feel a bit healthier since I started taking it, and my energy seems a little better overall. It’s not a huge overnight change, though. To me, it feels like one of those products that works gradually, so you have to be patient and give it some time.

It took like 12 days to get here, which was way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved the whole time, so I kinda just had to sit around wondering what was going on. The product itself might be fine, but the slow delivery was frustrating...

"Got the Wrong Stuff in My Order"
I ordered a few specific items and somehow ended up with different products in the box, plus one thing was missing completely. I emailed them, but it took longer than it should have to get a response, and even then it didn’t really get sorted quickly. it was frustrating because I needed the items I actually paid for, not random replacements. I’m not ordering again unless they seriously get their packing process together.

I tried placing an order twice, and both times most of the things I actually needed were sold out. It’s frustrating, honestly. If a store is going to advertise all these products, it feels only fair that they keep the basics in stock or at least make it clearer before you waste time browsing

Not gonna lie, I wanted to feel good about ordering this, but when I tried to look into their organic certification, I couldn’t find anything clear enough. Maybe the info is out there somewhere, but I couldn’t verify it confidently, so I probably won’t order again.

"Packaging was a letdown 😕"
My order arrived with the box crushed, and the packaging inside didn’t do much to protect anything. One of the bags had a little powder leaking out too, so it made a mess as soon as I opened it 😬
for the price, I expected it to be packed a lot better. The product itself might be okay, but getting it in that condition makes me hesitant to order again.
